The team that arrived in Philadelphia for our move to Naples Florida showed a complete lack of respect for our time, our home (walls/floors), and our possessions. After several calls to the company because it was past the arrival window two of the four people showed up and the driver promptly went into the truck to sleep for several hours. After several calls to the company, four movers showed up from New Jersey - who stood around arguing and complaining about the work, telling us they were doing us a favor by showing up and didn’t know what to do because the job boss was asleep in the truck. We hired them to wrap our furniture/paintings, and pack our kitchen, which they did not do. They didn’t take the legs off our dining table and brought it down the steps gauging the walls. They put a glass lamp directly into the truck- no box, not wrapped, They put the kitchenAid in a box upside down along with our knife block - upside down with blades in the block (photo). There are too many unprofessional and lack of caring examples to list. Lastly, after they left the house, we spent hours spackling and repainting the walls. We would not have been able to close the new buyers in the condition they left our home. Horrific service and attitudes. Most egregiously, they refused a discount because per the Contract, “they completed their task of moving our possessions from Philly to Florida”. We informed the company that the Florida crew that showed up in Philly was not welcome in our Florida home (to ensure no further damage). They sent a new team of three people who were very good, pleasant, professional. Hire this company at your own risk, you won’t know which crew you will receive.

Warning to Future Customers: Steer Clear of All My Sons Moving & Storage Company We had a shockingly disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving that we want to warn others about. The movers were careless, mishandling our furniture and causing thousands of dollars in damage. Our cherished pieces weren't just broken; they were also left filthy, with greasy footprints on our white couch and a deep gash on the back of our pristine white leather chaise lounge—items they packed themselves. But the real nightmare began when we tried to file a claim. Despite purchasing a protection plan, we discovered that it was practically worthless. Ace Ward from the claims department informed us that they would only cover a fraction of the actual value, offering to pay for an inexpensive "similar" item or a cheap repair. We were appalled to learn that all of our damaged pieces were deemed worth just $500 to replace, a sum that doesn't even begin to cover the cost of the damage. This company's dishonesty and lack of accountability have left us not only frustrated but deeply disappointed. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere for a moving company. You might notice on all of their negative comments a message from Marie Senghore who is hired by All My Sons to do damage control on their negative feedback. She offers a customer service number that everyone already has. Unfortunately, we will be taking Linda Dubberly owner of All My Sons Moving to court to settle this issue on our damaged furniture and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
