Deciding to move is so hard, and STRESSFUL. I talked to a bunch of different companies to get estimates, and new horizon movers gave me a feeling that everything is under control and they will take care of everything. One of the things I was worried about is companies nickeling and diming us for every item, but the team just took everything, packed the items professionally and we got the delivery within two days, which is unheard of. Everything came as it was shipped, nothing broke or missing, and the owner was there to supervise the loading and unloading of the items (cross country). They just go above and beyond and I can't even describe how happy we are with the choice we made. Would highly recommend to go with these folks if you want a stress free move.
