I work in a Senior Community and have numerous experiences with New Leaf over the years. The owner, Staci, is super responsive and always accommodating (even in emergency situations, i.e., water heater flooding apartment, immediate relocation yikes!!!). Her entire team is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Whether simply calling upon them to assist in creating a plan of attack or utilizing them as a full service all-the-bells-and-whistles pack/move/downsize/clean/unpack, they will undoubtedly streamline and simplify the entire moving process. Thank you, New Leaf, for being a such a wonderful resource! :)

We recently moved from an older home my husband owned for 25 years to a newer home. We had so much artwork and mirrors and I really needed help packing the kitchen and the office. The packers that came in were on it! They got right to work and are super organized. The labeling on each of the boxes is outstanding. We are now finding everything as we unpack. And nothing is broken. Really superior customer service.

Recently a very dear friend, Beverly decided to move to an Independent Living Facility, Eskaton Lodge, Granite Bay after over 30 years living in her home. Shari and her team from New Leaf made this transition seamless. From the initial visit to discuss the moving plan, to the final results and move in for Beverly, the process was fantastic. Shari met with Beverly and discussed the process. Beverly showed her the items (art, collectibles, furniture she wished to take to the new, very small apartment.) Shari prepared a very detailed plan on all the furniture layout, picture placement on the walls, etc. On the day of the move every item was carefully wrapped, packed and move to the new apartment. Then Shari and her team arranged all the furniture in its proper place. Hung all the pictures, displayed all the important items of art that Beverly so cherished. Hung all the clothes, properly folded all personal items and put them in the dressor. Kitchen and bathroom were all stocked with specific items Beverly and Shari had selected. The next day Beverly arrived to her new home and was amazed on how beautiful it looked. All she had to do was sit down in her chair and look at her new home, surrounded by all her treasures and memories. New Leaf made all this possible. I highly recommend the extremely capable services of Shari and her team at New Leaf.
