I work in a Senior Community and have numerous experiences with New Leaf over the years. The owner, Staci, is super responsive and always accommodating (even in emergency situations, i.e., water heater flooding apartment, immediate relocation yikes!!!). Her entire team is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Whether simply calling upon them to assist in creating a plan of attack or utilizing them as a full service all-the-bells-and-whistles pack/move/downsize/clean/unpack, they will undoubtedly streamline and simplify the entire moving process. We recently moved from an older home my husband owned for 25 years to a newer home. We had so much artwork and mirrors and I really needed help packing the kitchen and the office. The packers that came in were on it! They got right to work and are super organized. The labeling on each of the boxes is outstanding. We are now finding everything as we unpack. And nothing is broken. Really superior customer service.

Staci and her crew are diligent, efficient and extremely organized! I have brought them into several of the most complicated and difficult moves and they have always come through! They make everyone happy, even people who are reluctant to move. Their approach is genuine and customer oriented. I would beg anyone who is moving a loved one to use their service, they are worth it!
