We called several moving companies who promised to get back to us and we never heard from them. A friend recommended New Roots and we were very pleased with the entire process. We had Noah and Ray to move our things. They were helpful and very careful with our items. They disassembled and reassembled our daybed with no issues. On arrival to our home they placed everything as directed. I highly recommend this company. They were transparent about the process and frequently checked in with us.

New Roots did a fantastic job today with my move. They came to my house on time. The men worked very hard all day. They were responsible and respectful. They were grateful for the things I did to prepare for their arrival. There were 2 things damage and they already have a plan to fix the problems. I am pleased. Everything was moved in a calm way with hard work and respectful communication. Every piece was put together after it was placed. They even had logical suggestions for placement when some pieces did not work in the intended place. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend New Roots Moving Company. We moved last week and have nothing but good things to say. There was an issue unfortunately while moving a safe that the flooring was scratched. The owner of the company reached out after business hours that same evening to help schedule a flooring professional to come out and fix the issue as quickly as possible. The movers were awesome, and worked hard the entire day while also being pleasant and friendly! Very pleased with the whole experience overall. Thank you again!

New Roots was incredible from the beginning to the end for my move from Akron to Columbus! Robin and her staff were helpful in answering all of my questions and providing me with a very reasonable estimate (much better than any other company I contacted). Noah and Mike, my movers, were very kind and hardworking the entire time. They handled my furniture and homes with so much care and disassembled/ reassembled my furniture perfectly (they clearly knew what they were doing!). They took a little more time than estimated with the amount I ended up having and were cheerful until the end. I highly recommend New Roots to anyone looking for movers!

Great 4 gentleman ,,on time,, asked questions where all merchandise goes and never once did any of the 4 guys complain.. put everything in place n set up as well.
