*New Way, you can keep trying to take my review down and I will KEEP reposting it.* BEWARE. This is the WORST company. They are scammers. They are liars. They made my move the most stressful it could have ever been and have breached every assurance they made. Be aware that the contract you sign with your quoted "estimates" will be a fraction of what you actually pay. I was made to pay nearly double for my vehicle to be shipped, and double for my household belongings. They do not answer the phone or return calls. In fact, they will send you to VM to avoid your calls and not do their basic job duties. My vehicle arrived nearly 2 weeks late. My household belongings arrived several weeks late and everything was damaged or stolen: 2 shattered TVs, my designer bags and other boxes gone, all of my furniture is damaged and broken. Thousands of dollars worth of damage after paying over $5k for a move that this company claimed would be SAFE. The moving company New Way hired was illegitimate. The unloader told me the truck they were using was stolen and not paid for, he told me he hadn't been paid in over a month and was worried, he had no dolly to unload, and was by himself to unload an entire truck (while the moving company scrambled to find another person off CRAIGSLIST to help this poor unpaid worker), and was by himself to unload the truck. Following the delivery of my shattered and broken goods, I have contacted New Way for OVER A MONTH to get help. They have ignored my calls, sent me to VM over and over again, promised they would send me information to file a claim and nothing. I finally got a very rude representative on the phone today who does not know how to allow someone to speak, who ended up claiming I swore at her and she hung up in my face (I didn't swear, apparently the word "should not" suddenly is a swear word). These people are insanely unprofessional. Please stay away so you do not end up out $10k worth of payments and damage for NOTHING, and having to pursue other legal means. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

They are broker and interested in taking order and advance. The carrier when come to pick good charges way more and this people helps nothing. Just taking more and more money from your pockets and giving hard and worst time.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SCAMMER COMPANY!!! They are the worst. I signed a contract with them to transport my truck from AZ to CA for $300 next day service. $150 deposit to book and $150 at delivery. 30 minutes before my truck was scheduled for pick-up I get a call saying the original car carrier company they hired cancelled, but another driver was on the way for an additional cost from $150 to $275. I disagreed and told them if they can’t do the job for $300 total, cancel it and refund my deposit and hung up the phone. Well my truck was picked up and dropped off and I payed the driver $150. He asked for the additional $125 and I told them he can collect it from this horrible company that hired him. They tried to tell the driver not to deliver my truck without full payment, but they’re not scamming me SORRY!!

BEWARE, Horrible horrible service! They are great up front and have someone sweet talk to you to and let you hire them. Then, they flip and have horrible customer service from every angle. They charge you $195 of their quote before they even send you the contract, then after you sign the contract, the price goes up an additional $400 more than original quote. In addition, they never picked up my vehicle and I had to hire another company. Lost my broker fee, they won’t refund even though their driver who was supposed to pick up my vehicle never showed up. DO NOT HIRE this company!

I urge everyone to stay away from doing business with this company. I repeat run, stay away from them. They scam provider who is trying to get your business. As soon as you they take your money even you sign contract with them its lies. My written contracted quote to transport a vehicle on a specific time period $495. They did not pick-up the vehicle in the specified time period as promised and when I called to find out the status was hung up on several times This Lady name Rosa was very disrespectful, I end up paying $850. After numerous calls to determine when the pickup was to be scheduled, they told me it would be more than double of the original amount from $400.00 to $850.00. They reason was they couldn't find and drivers to pick up the vehicle for the contracted $495.00 amount. I tried numerous times to call and discuss without any success, they were rude, didn't care about their obligation and were the worst experience in a moving transport company ever to deal with for a contracted service. This is a fraudulent company providing a low-ball quote to get your and told you after it's not refundable and then to increase the price when they know you are stuck. This is fraudulent in providing customer's incorrect pricing to later state they need MORE money to fulfill the service contract agreement. Please research before hiring those company.
