I was very happy with the service provided by these gentlemen. Very kind, quick, delicate and quality service. Came well prepared and wrapped up all my furniture quickly and well. Made my move very seamless and quick. I’d also love to note that they were very careful and delicate with the removing of big and fragile items in my old apartment and bringing them in to my new condo. For context, we ran out of bubble wrap and just put a bunch of ceramics and glass into a box with a towel and hoped for the best and it was all intact at the end of the move. They even made a stop at my storage unit to drop some of my items off, which I really appreciated. I had many quotes from movers all across Boston and you cannot beat the price at Move&Improve (Approximately $950 for 5 hours and 3 large men and a moving truck). Overall, I would recommend this to any friends, family, coworkers, anyone!

Over this weekend, I engaged the Move and Improve services for the fourth time for my move to Boston. I have the best experience for all my moves with Alex and his crew. I moved 4 times in the last 7 years and I knew that the move will be smoothly handled by them. All my furniture and decorative items are very expensive including a large mirror (8 ft x 6 ft), a 85 inch TV, a 250 lbs media table, a 10 ft (170 lbs) sofa, a heavy king bed frame etc Not only these items were delivered without a single scratch, they were also placed in factotum where I wanted in my new condominium. Not to mention the place I was vacating was on the top 3rd floor with no elevator and my new place was on the top 3rd floor with most of the stuff to be kept in the 4th floor attic. The moving experience which everyone says is stressful was never my concern after I have known Move and Improve. My highest recommendation for Alex and his team.

I had a tight budget, but had to move across state lines, these guys were absolutely awesome about it, very friendly, Very understanding, very clear with the pricing structure which apparently is very rare. After trying to look at movers they were one of the few that actually had a very clear pricing structure Alex is an excellent communicator, and the movers that helped me that day. Alexi and Stan, were just so nice and so personable and treated my stuff with such care. Even the silly things like a cat tree I hope to not have to move again for a bit of course, but they are going to be my first stop next time I need movers, highly recommend!

Move and Improve was recommended to me by a friend who used them for a Boston to Rhode Island move some years ago. She gave them stellar reviews and today I can attest to everything she said. I just completed a South End to JP move and I cannot express how completely blown away I am by their services. Their rates are very reasonable and the team of three was was professional, courteous, timely, communicative, and conscientious. I don’t know what else I could have asked for in movers. Given a prior, absolutely horrific moving experience with a different company, I was very hesitant about hiring movers again, but I’m so happy that I gave Alex and his team a chance. They checked in the day before to confirm time and parking. During the move, they took the best of care with some rather pricey pieces of furniture and art. They inquired appropriately about what things went where. When my couch could not fit through a narrow staircase to get to a second floor unit and I thought that I was completely out of luck, they lifted it up over my balcony, all without a scratch! I’m so impressed with them and I truly hope that this review convinces you to give them a try. Thank you, Move and Improve. So long as I’m in the area, you can rest assured that I’ll be calling you again for any future projects.

These are the people to hire for your move! I first worked with them last year when I moved out of my studio apartment in Newton. They were really responsive, and had the most competitive rate out of all the other companies I had contacted. They arrived right on time with two guys, who did a great job of packing everything up. I hadn't yet packed up my kitchen, and they were able to do that for me! It really took the stress out of the moving process. Additionally, I ended up having some extra things at a friend's place that I wanted to add to my storage - they were super accomodating and were able to add it to my existing storage with just a few emails - even though I was already in a different country. I recommended them to a friend, who also said these were the best movers she had ever hired in her life - as a lone woman, she felt very safe alone with these movers (which is both huge and rare!). I couldn't recommend them more!
