They offered to pay me $175 to take down my honest review which I did but with as much as they destroyed including a 65" tv I need to make sure no one else has to deal with this company. How many other people took down their honest reviews for money? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Edit: So instead of taking accountability they are now saying they should have charged me more and "gave" me a discount. This move should have NEVER cost that much as I was told my move should only take a couple hours and I did provide the information that I had stairs but they instead sent out two of the most unqualified people who took a 10-15 phone break after every trip to the truck which is why it took so long. Brandon was very nice and did what he was able to but stop using the excuse you are a small business and take accountability. The amount of reviews you remove is very shady.

The crew I had loading and unloading were AMAZING!! They are the hardest working group of young men ever!! They were so helpful to me and everything they did was over the top!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Our crew of movers were nothing short of outstanding. They called on their way to our location with an accurate estimate of when they’d be arriving. They all introduced themselves and jumped right into the work. They proactively noticed items that may be fragile or important (like an old family rocking chair) and took care to cover them and place carefully within the truck. They ensured everything was placed in our new house to our liking and were able to navigate all types of furniture into the space- no matter how creative they had to get! Best of all, it was like having your friends over to help you move- they engaged with us and demonstrated through actions they were there to help in whatever way they could. Would not hesitate to use NeX Level in the future or recommend to friends!

We had another fantastic move experience with NeX Level! This is our 3rd or 4th time using them for local moves. They are always on time & bring everything they need. Twice they've been able to help with less than 2 weeks notice! Their staff are friendly, helpful, and super careful - a pleasure to have in your home! In addition, their estimates have always been below other companies in the area. I can't say enough about how pleased I've been with their services!!
