Highly Recommend NexMuv for your long distance moving! I moved from Cleveland, OH to Atlanta, GA in June 2024 and had the most smooth moving experience thanks to Kasi and Megan. The movers/truck came right on time (actually 15 minutes early) to both my arrival and destination. The movers were professional and courteous, taking time to securely wrap furniture and fragile items. I was most impressed that they came to pick up the furniture Monday at noon and arrived Wednesday morning. The price is just slightly more expensive than other moving companies; however, those moving companies could not guarantee an actual time to arrive at my destination and gave me quotes for a 1-2 week delivery spread. NexMuv is definitely worth the price in securing a timely move, knowing that my move had a time constraints due to starting a new job. Additionally, the prices for NexMuv are much less expensive than direct moves from competing national moving companies that I looked into. I also really appreciate that Kasi and Megan are extremely kind and approachable, I was able to check in with them throughout the moving process. If I am ever to move again in the future, I will definitely choose them again.

I planned my move months ahead of time, and the idea was that this company would coordinate the process. The move took place over a holiday weekend, which for people who claim to have 40+ years experience in the moving industry should not have made a difference, yet that was constantly being used as an excuse (again, the timing of my move was known months in advance). The price I paid guaranteed a 7-day delivery window of my items. This did not happen, and when I inquired about compensation or a partial refund given the price I paid, I was told there was none. The CEO Wes and his counterpart Dave had the nerve to ask me what I did for a living when I spoke with them over the phone (wonder if they would have asked the same if I were a male?!); turns out I am more educated than the two of them combined. They also cared ZERO that I am an active duty US military member. Furthermore, during the "delay," no one from NexMuv was able to actually tell me where the truck with my belongings was. I had an AirTag in one of the items, and turns out that AirTag was correct the whole time: NexMuv decided to keep my items in a warehouse during the holiday instead of shipping them as I had paid for. I only learned the truth through myself contacting the third party movers working under NexMuv, and with them I was able to figure out where my things were and coordinate a new, DELAYED delivery date. And to add more chaos, NexMuv seemed to not communicate with the third party that I had paid for discarding of packing materials upon delivery. Every step of the way was unnecessary stress. NexMuv had only one employee managing issues over the holiday; Wes was attending a tea party while his customer had to spend days in an empty house wondering where her belongings were. Complete disregard for the customer. Sheer disrespect. Endless lies and excuses. STAY AWAY.

NexMuv did an outstanding job. Communication was excellent and stayed on top of everything. Loaded and unloaded fast and finished job wayyy before predicted time. I will use them for any move my family and I ever have again!

Solid experience. First move to a different state. Kasi and Megan made everything go smoothly. Got me the exact dates I needed. Set everything up and made the whole experience much less stressful. Don’t want to move to another state again hopefully, but if it happens, would use again for sure.
