I received great service from Central Ohio to San Diego for transport of my son’s vehicle to college. Robert was so easy to work with and had everything lined up in just a day’s time. With so many scammers out there, this whole process was a breath of fresh air!

SCAM ALERT!! READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!! Stay away from these scammers. They are highly unprofessional and shady. I contracted them to pick up items in OH to move out of state. They took a deposit of $1000, told me they had picked up when they hadn't, and it took over 3days and persistent calls for them to pick up part of the items. Then the scam happened! They went ghost, won't pick up phone calls, STOLE my items, and never issued a refund. I have made a police complaint and will be suing them big time. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE, the 5star reviews are all FAKE. They do not have an office, they will send you a dubious invoice, give you fake dispatch numbers, and start making false allegations against you. Deal with them AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Booked them for a small move. Someone from business would text me updates to let me know there crew was running behind. The crew showed up 3 hours late and then decided to back out of the move because they didn’t have a hand truck on them. 2 people moving a couch do not need a hand truck. Tried contacting the company to get my deposit back and now they won’t answer the phone. Do not use this company.

I moved from Ohio to Georgia and they came and picked up my stuff in Ohio and dropped it off in Georgia within the same day! They were easy to work with and very professional! I would recommend NextLevel and utilize their services again in the future!

I do dispatch with this guy he says I’m gonna bring your car in two days now he’s been 15 days I didn’t receive the car this guy you don’t even take the car from the auction, so I have to pay storage fee for the light feet, to the auction I don’t recommend anyone to give business to this guy because he have a bad business and also when I text him he don’t even respond
