Give Respect and Take Respect I am working for this company from last 6 months and these guys are awesome. Best thing you have proper schedule if you want weekend off you will get only in this company . Most of the time you have hook and drop loads from both sides Specially pete and param he always listen concerns of drivers and always Stands with driver in every condition. Perfect company to work

I currently am a driver for Cheema. I have been driving for over 9 years and this company has so far done everything they say they will. The office staff is professional and they all work hard. Very driver friendly. The company was built by a Father and Son who know what it's like to be out here away from family and they are very generous to there drivers. I was employed at Cheema Transport as a dispatcher for not too long. It was a great experience. It is a small business and they really do treat everyone like family. That might be too much for some people because everyone's family is different. Some yell to get a point across and others don't. You have to fit in to understand. They are all great people. Pete's #1 priority is building Cheema to be BIG! He has huge plans for his future and I have no doubt Cheema will fulfill those goals. I had no trucking experience at all but I caught on very very quickly and they all showed how much they valued and appreciated me always treating me with respect. My pay was amazing. They would always offer we can work something if I needed to do my motherly duties and he let me work from home when it was necessary. Again, all great people from drivers, to CEO Pete Cheema, his wife Taran, and Dad. If you work here, be patient - give it some time, and you will make some money and succeed.. They are really trying their best to have a great reputation locally.
