Mr. Wilson at Nile Cargo was very nice and communicated well with me and helped me get my package to its destination. Very affordable pricing and fast. I shipped my box to them and then filled out the paperwork. Within 10 days it was in Uganda! THANK YOU NILE CARGO!!!!

Honestly if there was an option for a zero star I would have rated them zero! This company has the worst customer service for both offices in Uganda and the USA. They NEVER pick or return calls I shipped some items and they have never arrived, I have given up on them! I would not recommend using this company at ALL!

Great shipping experience, from Germany but live in the UK now but my husband lives in Uganda and I always shop and stuff from the USA for him and send them to Kampala and it’s never been easier Mr Wilson and his team the whole experience easy and seamless. Stuff always arrives on time and in great condition.

Terrible experience. I mailed 15 boxes in November 2021 and requested air shipping (was prepared to pay the additional costs). They promised air shipping but actually put it on a boat. The packages I mailed in November just now got there (June 2022). More than that, I was not provided adequate paperwork for dropping the boxes off in St Louis. The customer service was unhelpful at best and outright incorrect at worst. Additionally, we arranged for the packages to be delivered within Uganda and this didn't happen for all of them (some had to be picked up) and the recipients were charged a fee for the delivery even though we already had arranged for that.

I’ve never had problems with this company in fact this company has always been professional and honest and the reviews here are fraudulent. This company had to start from scratch because someone stole from them. They are honest people.
