Live load was about an hour got in and out be careful the location is next to a strip club 🙃 😅. The crew was good and helpful. In office staff, very pleasant, so I thank yall for a friendly visit

Worst experience of our life. The customer service is awful. We were doing a move with the military on a time crunch. They showed up HOURS late upon arrival they didn’t have enough supplies then cancelled the move. Spoke to the supervisor over days of having an issue and his response was “it’s no longer their problem. Have the military deal with it”

Would not recommend this moving coordination company. Nilson outsources the labor to local groups. We had four men move our 3K sf house. They made us feel comfortable and responded to some of my questions with "we got this, we are professionals". I backed off. Well, actions speak louder than words. We moved to Houston, so a different group unloaded the PODS. The two of them were very professional and showed us errors in Nilson's contractors packing. Before unloading, they pointed out a flat screen TV was on its side, fishing poles snapped in half, and our best painting had a hole from leaning against the corner of wrapped furniture. TV works, painting ruined. After unpacking we realized they spent much effort wrapping less quality photos/prints and furniture than the items we had specifically called out. I have not mentioned to the owner of the company but would imagine a similar response to what others are saying in reviews. This group was very busy somehow. Also, we paid wayyyyy too much. We were ok with paying for the best possible movers, but this was not the case.
