Whoever answers the phone here is absolutely disgusting. I work at a doctor's office and called for a patient who did not speak English well and who did not have a phone. The man basically yelled at me??? The patient then told me that they are always nasty. Then, he called back YELLING that he's outside and that he has been waiting... Sir, the patient is an elderly woman who has to use a walker. Give her some time! Even after telling him that, he still continued to yell at me. I hung up on him. What a disgusting man with a disgusting business. I will never, ever allow one of our patients to use their services again. I hope you lose all your business!!!!

I would give them a minus if I could. Typical USSR manner to deal with customers. You have to learn how to talk to people or do not speak to them at all. You pick a wrong country to live. People like you should remain in that place where they originally from. Racist and rude driver who is offensive to a customers. Dispatcher also not quite understand what is a problem solving. So pity.

Yesterday, 8/28/2019, my mom had a doctor's appointment and Nina's Transportation service was supposed to drive her back home. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, she called the dispatcher to find out when the car was arriving, to which he rudely replied that "she'll wait as long as she needs to." Eventually, the car arrived, she sat in the car and the driver started driving in the different direction as directed to him by his superiors, in order to teach my mom a lesson for asking when the car would arrive. Instead of the usual 10-15 minutes that it takes to get from the doctor's office to her house, the driver to more than 40 minutes and rudely told her that "since she's old, she has nothing to do anyway, she shouldn't rush." Long story short, Nina's Transportation is a significantly unprofessional and rude business that shouldn't be allowed to serve the community, especially older and vulnerable people.

Horrible drivers, rude and cursing a lot! No respect to other drivers on the road! Will never understand those Russian people, why you’re working in ambulate if you hate your job! Disrespectful and unprofessional stuff!
