Don’t hire them. They use switch and bait policy to extort money from you. I was given a quote after they looked at my place and then on the day of moving after they loaded my things on the truck they jacked up the final price by more than 50% of the original quote. When I protested these guys literally threw my things on the road and I had to pick them up! I don’t know if you want to let these type of people enter your house. I don’t know what background screening they run but they are not definitely regular citizens. Finally they delivered my stuff 1 month late with several broken parts. Whenever I said something these guys tried to beat me up at my own apartment. It was a traumatic experience. I think I should have called 911 but I didn’t . STAY AWAY FROM THESE THUGS

Just recently moved and I couldn't be more satisfied with Ninja Movers. They provided excellent moving services and really took care of my things. My furniture was nicely blanket wrapped and arrived totally safe and scratch/chip free. Didn't take up too much of my day at all. Highly recommend!

This is a review for a move in August 2021. Was a stressful move and got charged 66% more than the quoted price. I was quoted $420 and was ultimately charged $700. Mover was also unprofessional and yelled at me in front of the front desk who then called me later to verify my safety. Mover went through a clearly marked emergency exit which caused the building alarm to go off. HOA charged me $250 for this violation. Never again. Don't do it.

I already had anxiety about moving from California to Texas. I hired Eden's moving services to relocate (probably another mistake) who subcontracted to Ninja moving services. Now first and foremost, the crew was amazingly friendly and cordial, and I appreciate that and that was where it all ended. The packing services was done a day sooner than expected which was not a bad thing however upon unpacking I found that my 1860s wall clock which was to be crated was only wrapped in a blanket and tossed in a box. My dogs poop scoop was thrown in with my bedding. The cookies the team consumed trash was in my boxes with clothing, pictures were tossed in a box and not wrapped properly resulting in broken glass. Parts of one items were thrown in several boxes and in the end clearly the boxes they packed last they did not care about as items with liquid were tossed in upside down and no paper even used to wrap. I paid nearly 17K to move. I paid for a packing service to crate and care for special items. I ended up taking less things than I planned but the packer refused to address the reduction as I was promised and thus I paid for rooms of furniture I did not even take. I am in the process of building a list of damages which is now up to two pages of items. I would advise never using this company.

Ninja Movers company has served me for moving my family from San Francisco to New York City this summer. From the moment we contacted them for service, they consistently demonstrate high level of professionalism. The initial assessment was very detail and the estimate for our comprehensive service/move was very reasonable. In addition, they also went out of their way to move/bring about 1 bedroom worth of furniture and boxes from Southern California to combine with our stuff in SF (thank you for this huge accommodation)! On the big day of packing our stuff, the movers were very efficient and our belongings were packaged and packed with extreme care. In less than 3 weeks, our stuff were safely delivered to the East Coast. I highly recommend Ninja Movers and will use them again for my future moving!
