With my relevant work experience as a NEMT driver, I would’ve been able to have had the opportunity to work at NovaTrans LLC, however this employer does not respond to emails very well, and not to mention poor communication! so that’s a No-Go Trans LLC!

The drivers here are not hospitable or kind and have to be instructed on how to load the patients into the truck even though this is their job. The female Samoan driver is especially rude

NovaTrans has been a major help getting my father to his infusions. We have two infusions scheduled each week and after great difficulty trying to transport dad by ourselves, we decided to look into a wheelchair transportation service. After calling many places which didn't instill much confidence, I got ahold of Darob at NovaTrans. He was the first place that answered all of my questions clearly and with conviction. After one call, I honestly felt that we could trust his company. All of my instincts were correct. The drivers pick us up with a smile, load dad and get us to our appointments on time. We have gotten into a good rhythm with NovaTrans and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service, unprofessional, rude driver, l reserved a non emergency transportation for my back surgery, this van supposed to be equipped with wheelchair, at time return from hospital, I noticed that there is no wheelchair, Nova transportation, sent very unpleasant, unprofessional, impolite driver who doesn’t care for patient, I will not use this company any more and do not recommend to no one , The driver who mandated me to wear mask, I am sitting in Nova cargo van , there is not no requirement by county , state, or federal to wear mask , hospital requires, I wore mask, a taxi driver, Uber lift or a cargo van can not mandate customer to wear mask, Driver called his supervisor and did not take me back home sitting outside hospital after surgery even round trip was paid .horrible service,
