I wish I could select zero stars. Booked my shuttle almost 2 months in advance, day before I call to confirm everything and they suddenly don't have my reservation AND tell me that the last pick up time is an hr before what is stated on their site. That they can't pick us up due to the time. Never received notice that my shuttle was canceled or that there was any issue with the time. Customer support was unhelpful and frankly pretty rude. I wouldn't trust this company with your vacation transportation. **In response to the message from the owner** As I mentioned on the call, I am unable to locate the confirmation hence the reason for the call in the first place. I have a clear memory of making the reservation, I did it directly through your website, not Disney, for an 8:30pm pickup including paying extra for the lei greeting. I viewed the confirmation and even had an excited conversation with my spouse immediately after doing so. .... SO To be clear, this was not a "last min late night booking" your team was unable to accommodate. It was a 8:30pm booking (which according to your site you pick up until 9pm) made months ago that "somehow" got lost in your system and now cannot be found. While I appreciate that people can make errors while booking or book at a different company without realizing (as you insinuate I did) this was not the case here.

It’s been a few years since we’ve used this service personally (I recommend it often though for clients staying at Aulani) but my expectations were exceeded during this last trip. Employees can make or break a company and Hele Hele has some great ones! Ian (airport liaison to our driver) was truly excellent. Kind, friendly, and professional. We received a text when we landed with details and where to go. We were promptly escorted to our shuttle. We did have a small wait for the vehicle but that’s because of the new airport vehicle rules and them not being able to wait in the new loading area. Our driver for our return trip, Leo, was again excellent! He was early for pick up and we were promptly off to the airport when heading home. He was extremely nice and down to earth. He made the ride to the airport very comfortable. Hele Hele is an excellent option for folks needing transportation to Aulani. Will continue to strongly recommend to my clients! Thanks you for making the transportation portion of our trip so easy!

I used Hele Hele Transportation for our last trip to Aulani. I booked 2 months in advance and it was quick and easy when you do it online. On the day of arrival, my flight was a tad delayed, so I contacted them directly and they told me not to worry. They will adjust the time accordingly to our new arrival time. During this call, the person gave me instructions that someone will be waiting for us at baggage claim. Once we arrived, we met the greeter and she was really nice. She informed us that we could leave our carry-on bags with her while we grab the rest of our luggage from the baggage claim. After we got all of our belongings, she walked with us to the parking garage where the shuttle was waiting. Our driver was Jordan. He was very nice and before the ride, the informed us it may take about 40 minutes to Aulani if there is traffic. Guess what? There wasn't any traffic, and we got there in about 20 minutes! Jordan was very friendly and we felt safe with his driving. Many thanks to Jordan and Hele Hele Transportation for making our traveling day easy and stress-free.

Our family of 4 used Hele Hele transportation as part of the DVC ownership promotion. They were fantastic! At arrival I purchased the lei greeting. The person was waiting for us at the luggage pick up. It was a nice gesture after the long flight. To our surprise we were the only 4 in the van at pickup. We were in a "new" Mercedes Sprinter Van. However, at return to airport as we were still the only 4 people in the van we were in an older Mercedes Sprinter Van. We had two different drivers that fit each van. lol :0. Overall, I would spend the money for this service again. I think it was around $160
