I called CM Movers at the last minute because another company cancelled on me, and they literally came after working all day to save me! Chris and his team are amazing. I could not recommend a moving company here in New Orleans enough! Thanks so much again. They were incredible!

Chris and his guys were great. They moved all of our belongings and worked for 12 hours straight. They were so friendly and helpful. They made our move seamless and less stressful. I can't believe how easily they moved several large pieces for us (like the baby grand piano). The cost was up front and understood before their arrival. Would highly recommend them for your move.

DO NOT hire this company!! After breaking my tv and sending me and email stating I would be reimbursed, it is now three weeks later and I still have not been reimbursed! They also broke a leg off a dresser. As they were supposed to show up at 9:00 am the first guy learndo didn’t get there till 9:45 then sat around for about 30 minutes because his partner had to take an Uber to work and couldn’t get there on time. After proceding to pick up both apartments I had put online they took one hour to get to my house which was two miles away and after saying they were gonna get a quick lunch and be right there! Meanwhile through the whole move the two men saying several times “I didn’t think you were gonna work us this hard, we haven’t been at work for awhile” And Chris the boss, forget about getting in tough with him as one number that’s listed on the website just rings and rings and the other one the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message and he won’t answer your emails back

Very nice movers but Chris the owner is very difficult to work with and lies. Contracted movers Nola also known as CM Movers to move us on June 20. Very nice team showed and got 85% done when a thunderstorm threatened. They suggested we reschedule. I called Chris the owner and explained that we might get rain and his movers suggested we reschedule the last bit for the next day. Chris agreed to coming out the next day and also agreed to waive the $160 truck fee. The next day they were a no show no call. I called at 10 and asked when I could expect them. Chris told me they were booked for six days and the next available would be Monday. I was stuck, but agreed. Monday - new crew arrived, again very nice movers and got the job done to my satisfaction. I called Chris to pay and he informed me he would not waive the truck fee since it wasn’t the next day…. WTF… he’s the one that no showed the next day., after I explained and reminded him of our conversation he agreed to a small discount. Bottom line it only cost me an extra $100 but what upset me is that Chris refused to honor his agreement. Beware and take your business elsewhere.

Chris and his team were great! They were able to move all of my heavy furniture (including a 500+ lb piano) to my POD which was parked about a block away. Definitely recommend them to anyone!
