This company does not do what they say they will. I do not recommend this company. They have placed billing in my business name without my knowledge or authorization. calling for more than a month now and all I've received is collection letters. My business rents a suite, the landlord called to have the actual DUMPSTER moved by my biz suite, since they cannot lock it & surrounding business' fill it up. Instead of moving the actual dumpster, they transferred the the billing to my business name. First it was an honest mistake, but months later, phone calls later, collection letter later, still nothing has changed, TERRIBLE! We pay for a dumpster we cannot even use. UGH

Keep skipping our pick up. I have called several times. The lady keeps telling us that guys are in route to pickup our trash, but no one has come by. I have just started services with Waste Pro and they already charged me for three months. Not receiving services. Unreliable company. Pickup was scheduled for Thursday 8/1/24, today Monday 8/5/24 still waiting. Update: After reaching out to Division Manager Jerry Harrison on 8/6/24. Mr. Harris returned my call and addressed the situation. Service was provided at a timely manner. Thank you for your quick response. Hopefully service will be provided every week as informed.

We were moved to their service after they took over our neighborhood route. We had service with them for a month. One month in which they never picked up our trash or recycling a single time. I had to call multiple times to get things picked up. But don’t worry they still want their money for literally providing no service to us. I had to put stuff in my neighbors container because ours was overflowing. Their company actually picked theirs up.

Service is always timely and efficient - far better than others we have used in Canton. Today (Memorial Day) after some confusing messaging regarding Holiday schedules on the Waste Pro website, I sent in a comment. I heard back in 10 minutes from Jerry. The North Ga website is actually correct - it seems the corporate site is wrong. Amazing customer service.

I was previously with Republic until service to my area ceased in May with only a week's notice to customers. Waste Pro North Georgia assumed my service following Republic's abrupt departure. The service and responsiveness I have received has been excellent, especially considering the understandable transition challenges. I have both waste and recycling containers and for my subdivision no pickups have been missed. When I initially contacted the Waste Pro North Georgia office all my questions were answered and Courtney's customer service and follow-up has been wonderful! My experience has been that the entire team is working hard and working through the present challenges and wants to provide consistent quality service to all their new customers from Republic. Thanks to everyone there for the extra effort and service I have received!
