Francis and Kevin were the best! Very polite and friendly. They moved a friend efficiently and carefully. They were calm despite a heavy challenging sofa that they methodically fit through a tight doorway with ease. I would definitely recommend these guys and company to anyone. Great guys!

Super efficient and easy move from Philadelphia to Scranton. Mars, Jon-Jon and Carl were extremely personable and professional. Didn’t even complain about the three flights of stairs in 85° temperature. Took the extra time and effort in handling all items including Mars’ proactive recommendation to shrink wrap leather furniture so that it would not get damaged. Pricing was also very competitive and reasonable. Would highly recommend this company, and this crew in particular, to anyone. Very pleased!

Not so great. Relocation specialist arranging the move was professional and courteous. Otherwise everything slowly unraveled on move day. I was called the day before saying I would be given a 20 minute heads up before arrival on move in day however the movers were on the elevators when they called me, which isn’t an issue personally but shows a lack of communication somewhere. During the move, one of the movers used the ketchup bottle from my fridge without asking and spilled some of it on the floor which I had to clean up later myself. Unprofessional and disrespectful to one’s property. The move took 2.5 hours longer than originally quoted, perhaps a miscalculation however frustrating when I saw only two of the three movers most of the time. Towards the end it was obvious they were trying to leave as soon as possible. All of the bed frame slats on the Queen bed were installed near the headboard so there was an obvious dip in the mattress towards the foot of the bed that I had to fix. The screws on my desk are stripped so I can’t easily realign the wood panel that was installed unevenly. They also left a bunch of trash, from moving blankets to empty tape rolls to packaging equipment. I’ve moved many times in the last 15 years and this unfortunately was bottom of the barrel and cannot recommend. Two stars as at the end of the day my items made it in one piece and two of three movers displayed professionalism

In 2023 this company lost 75% of the packed boxes on a cross-country move. They subcontracted the move without notification to the client. Northeastern Movers is legally responsible for the items they contracted to move. The boxes have not been traced, nor has the client received satisfaction. The continued faulty communication and lack of compensation further demonstrates the unreliability of this moving company. My recommendation is to search for a different company for your next move, NOT Northeastern.
