This place is a joke was told that we can only pick the car up on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 to 1:30. When do they expect people to work then because the lady that answers the phone knows My Son makes it more of an issue because she won’t make any appointments for him and it’s very rude about the appointment, knowing that they had the release from the company at 11:30 and they still wouldn’t call us to pick it up and they close at 1:30

This place is terrible. I paid all of the fees in full, and then they withheld my car from me. Would not let me pick up my car even though I paid everything, tow fees and car payments. Would not tell me where my car was. Made me pay an extra $200 to have my car delivered because no one was in the lot, so they would have someone go to the lot to deliver my car for $200 but would not send someone to the lot for me to pick up my car? I had to wait over 24 hours to have my car delivered back to me even though I paid in full the day before. When it came time to have my car delivered, they would not answer the phones. This place will withhold your vehicle even though you’ve paid. This place is a scam. And the woman who runs the phone lines is completely rude and not helpful. I live next to a gas station and all of my cards were in my car but they expected me to have $200 cash in hand when the car was delivered, I asked the lady if I can run next store when the tow guy got here with my car and cards to get the $200 and she told me no because “he has things to do” so I figured out a way to get the $200 cash in hand, he delivers the car I give him the money and then he sits at the bottom of my street for 30 mins but I couldn’t run next door once I got my card to get the $200?! Terrible place, terrible customer service

Trust the reviews. Terrible business model, lot is only open 4 hours a day but they wouldn’t tell you that on their website. It would help if they actually answered the phones half the time, or if the staff would tell you the ACTUAL hours when you talk to them the first time. I thought companies were supposed to serve the customers that help keep them afloat, but I guess when you’re in the vehicle storage industry morals, ethics and common sense go out of the window.

My car was repoed by this company, which I understand is my fault. By the time i was able to gwt an appointment to get my car they had sent it to auction, again partly my fault. I go to pick up my belongings and they only have half of my stuff...including only 1 of my licenses plates. My stuff just magically disappeared. Ive called twice, and ive emailed... Its been a week and still no response. I get my car back and it now have 3 dents it didnt have before they took it as well as the tpsm sensor is not working properly in one of my tires, it was fine before they towed it. I did a rough estimate of how much it will cost to replace the stuff they "lost" and im at $300 before I add in what it will cost to get a new registration and plates.
