Terrible people! I drive a truck for a living, been doing it for over 12years now. Never experienced such hateful behavior from a business in my life! I had permission from Walmart to park there for a 10hr break but apparently the lot I was in was a Sam’s club lot however there is NO Sam’s club there! Was an empty lot to which I have parked there many times over the years! I happened to be away from my truck when they decided to take it! They jacked up my 18wheeler claiming they have pictures my bumper was broken before they towed it, which of course it was NOT but refused to show me said pictures. The company I lease through also asked to see said pictures again they refused to provide! If the bumper was broken before they towed it like they claim it was, then why refuse to show proof? Not that hard if they have nothing to hide but of course they are in fact Liars! which is why they wouldn’t provide their pictures! They had their muddy boots walking all around the inside of my truck and broke my curtains off the track. Again refusing to take any ownership of their negligence, I ended up paying $1400 in cash because they don’t accept cards or any other payment methods. Betting the IRS would have a field day looking into all their cash transactions, I’m sure they’re so honest about it said no one. If you must get a tow avoid calling these people! Guessing they only deal with parking lots and repossession due to the fact their business skills are well below any good reputable towing company! Acting as if they are gods gift to towing and human existence! I’m sure they’ll always make money being sleaze balls stealing peoples car and trucks from parking lots and repossessions, any reputable company would not treat others with so much disrespect and lies, a reputable company would take responsibility for screwing up an easy tow but not these low life’s! I get why the front office is locked down like a prison and the check out window is bulletproof one way glass! Treating people like garbage and jacking up the property of hard working people, not taking responsibility for anything…you’d have to have that kind of security! Gives me great peace of mind knowing these… umm people… live in such fear on a daily basis! Long story short…avoid this company

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. I called calmly asking if their lot had my car that was impounded and she was the snobbiest woman I have ever met. The driver on the contrast was very nice. They towed the car with an hour of it being parked the wrong way. I understand now what the regulations of the place I was parked at, but she seriously needs to work on that horrendous attitude, or get a new job. Even the guy in front of me was very angry with her attitude, seemingly despite his also stressful situation. I did not get an attitude with her out anything. She knows who she is and no one else that works there acts like that. I don’t sympathize at all for that bs.

Ghetto and unprofessional establishment. They make it almost impossible to retrieve your items which is illegal, they can not keep your personal items in the vehicle. Then on top of that when you schedule an appointment they dont send you the details till you call them 5+ times.

I am extremely frustrated with the service. My car was towed without any prior warning or valid reason. There were no signs indicating that parking was prohibited in the area, and I was not informed of any issues beforehand. To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service to resolve the situation, they were unhelpful and rude. They provided no clear explanation for the towing and charged me an exorbitant fee to retrieve my vehicle. This company operates in a highly unprofessional and unethical manner. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services at all costs. Their actions are unjust, and their customer service is appalling.

If I can give a MILLION NEGATIVE stars.. I would. This is the second car they damage while “towing”. The first car they drop and cause a total loss. They tow my recent car and damage the entire bumper, it’s practically falling apart. There were tire marks on my parking spot from where they towed it. And don’t even get me started on their “customer service”. Terrible people and this is a GREEDY company .. advise they do everything by appointment but allowed someone whose appointment wasn’t till 12 pm to get their car at 11:30 am. They made me wait three days to get my car out when they received all the release papers. If they tow your car do not expect it to be return as it was taken. The Better Business Bureau needs to shut this greedy useless people.
