Gwynn and Michael did a fantastic job with our recent need for in house movers. They both were friendly, personable, and hardworking. Fantastic customer service. Took excellent care of our furniture. Very professional. The whole experience was positive. From the moment I called to get a quote to the last box being placed in our house, I appreciated their conscientiousness. They were well trained and experienced, and worked quickly. When it started to rain, they protected our belongings and kept them dry. Will definitely always call Northlake Moving and Storage for any moving needs we have going forward. Great company with great people.

From the initial visit to the final follow-up phone call, we have been pleased with everyone at this company. Our sales consultant was informative in helping us understand the options we could choose. She was quick to respond to a question and shared moving tips with us. Our packing team was incredible. They took great care in making sure everything was properly packed from our antiques to my children’s’ art projects. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. Our driver and his loading team did an awesome job of loading our furniture.They took great care in wrapping our furniture and making sure it would not be damaged in the move even our most fragile items. Some people will think I am writing this because everything was perfect with our move. It wasn’t. We did have a few minor glitches and a few items did break. But all in all we had a very pleasant moving experience and would highly recommend Northlake Moving and Storage to others.

Weichert relocation set my family and I up with Northlake moving company to relocate us from Jackson,MS to Conway,AR. From the pack out and loading in MS to the offloading and unpacking in Arkansas, the team was efficient, friendly, and took care of our every need. Rodney was our driver and the team Lead, and he accommodated my family all while delegating to the rest of the team. Our belongings were handled with the same care as we were and our entire house was moved in 24 hours. For these reasons and more, we disagree with the negative reviews out there on the web and would highly recommend choosing Northlake for your relocation needs.
