I am absolutely amazed and so very grateful to NOVA Movers for everything they did today to make my move so easy! From the beginning of the process to the completion of the move. I received an excellent customer experience! Amine is kind, friendly, and so responsive.They crew was professional and knowledgeable. My furniture is not the most expensive furniture, however they wrapped everything and treated my items with precious care. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and Amine estimated that the crew would finish in 3 hours. They completed it in 2 hours and 20 minutes! I’m so impressed with this company! They made a day I was not looking forward to ABSOLUTELY wonderful for me and my family. Also, last but not least…the rate that Amine charged surprised me the most…in a good way! Thank you Amine and thank you to your AMAZING crew!

Nova Movers made the quoting process easy and had very reasonable and straightforward rates compared to other movers. Amine was great to work with from the quoting process to final payment. The moving process went smoothly as well with the movers being very efficient and careful with our hefty furniture and they got the job done in under the quoted time, saving us some money on the move. Thanks to Amine and the 3 movers who did a great job!

I had the pleasure of using NOVA Movers for my move today and I couldn’t be happier with their service. My schedule was a bit hectic and I couldn’t confirm my move date in advance, but despite the short notice of less than a couple weeks and a couple of reschedules, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating. From the get-go, Amine was very forthright with the estimate and additional costs (if any) - something I was worried about since we were pretty strapped, and I had a bad experience with other movers who up-charged me for random items in the past. The team arrived right on time, showcasing their punctuality. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and care for my belongings. They worked efficiently and quickly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. To top it all off, the team had great customer service, excellent communication, and a whole lot of patience while I scrambled to pack up the last minute items. They also offered to throw out a broken shelving unit, which others may have probably charged me for. I highly recommend Amine and his team - NOVA Movers. I would definitely use their services again for any future moving needs. Superb job!

We are extremely satisfied with the moving services received by Nova Movers! Most recently, we worked with Amine and his team on yesterday (second time within the past 6 weeks). Julio and Raynado arrived 15 mins early. They picked up, delivered to another location, removed junk and assembled the legs on a desk within 2 hours. The team was courteous, professional and meticulous with the job performed. Pricing was reasonable. We greatly appreciate Amine's accessibility (by phone and email) in the coordination of our most recent appointment. We will not hesitate to contact Nova Movers for a third appointment to take care of our next moving needs!
