I recently moved from Deerfield Beach to Okeechobee to a pretty remote area. I called Noya and they did not disappoint. They scheduled my pickup and delivery quickly and the price was great. The four guys that showed up were courteous, efficient and quick. And they took great care of my belongings.They even accommodated my need for some big items that i could not move to be thrown out. There were stairs involved on both ends and I never heard one complaint. I would highly recommend this company for any moving need you may have. This company deserves my 5 star rating!

If i could put Zero stars i would they said they had me booked never showed the first day the second day they come 1 hour and 30 mins late and finally started working. my bed frame was difficult to take apart so instead of asking me if they could they attempted to bring the whole frame together they just did it without asking and ruined my stairs. THEN they take everything off the truck and attempted to take off… so we parked our truck in front of there’s and waited for the police which nothing resolved nothing. Calling the main office and no one picks up please no one give business to this company they will just give you more headaches!

Poor customer service. Just moved from Miami to GA. After long trip, I don’t feel like listing all the MESS I had to deal with, with this company. Maybe, I’ll update it with more details later. Here are some before trip (first 3 photos) and after trip (last 4 photos) pics of my stuff (. I haven’t checked all of my stuff but at least I don’t think they caused any significant damage to my stuff (my good packaging helped), which is the main reason I haven’t given them 1 star. I don’t recommend this moving company. I’m surprised their rating is 4.7.

I’m absolutely thankful for Noya Movers they came to the rescue in a clutch! Very grateful for their service, the movers were extremely knowledgeable about the furniture that needed wrapping and how to take my television off the wall mount! I was also AMAZED about how fast they completed the job and how precise the movers were! 10/10 will recommend and iBook again!!!

Amazing work by Noya Movers. Long distance move was effective and efficient. They worked with you and made sure my move was good and I've got the best price compared to others. A small company that takes care of their customers. The lady on dispatch was amazing, she called various times checking in how the guys were doing. Cooper was on the move non stop and quick on disassembling and assembling. There's another gentleman that's good with fridges and expert on their handling. Best part, nothing was lost nor stolen. I've heard horror stories from other moving companies, but these men are honest and hard working. Please hire this company on your next move! You won't regret it!
