Horrible delivery service. Unprofessional - and zero “white glove” service. Got $10k tempurpedic delivered - dropped into mud outside my house in plastic. Dragged that plastic across my floors and all over my walls. Ruined walls, ceiling and trim going upstairs to mattress. Told to sign a paper with no explanation and they left. Would NEVER recommend them. Ever.

Incredibly unprofessional & incompetent. The driver tried delivering to wrong address; when given a marker to find the correct address, he contacted his dispatch complaining that it’s a change of address. Dispatch couldn’t understand that the driver was simply going to the wrong address and I simply provided a marker address to find correct address. I have never spoken to someone that incompetent before. They refused to deliver. Hung up on me several times when asked for a supervisor or manager. Asked to reschedule delivery a week later! Never buying from Home Depot again & I would highly recommend asking for different carrier if your miserable luck pairs you with NVC.

Terrible, terrible service. “White glove” delivery destroyed my walls, stairs and the item I had delivered. When dealing with the customer service team to remedy, met with nothing but hostility and repetitive questions to try to avoid paying for the damage done. They denied my claim stating the item I had delivered (a king size bed frame) couldn’t have caused the damage to my house. Ridiculously fraudulent company, can’t believe they’re in business.

Wendy and Hernan from NVC Logistics group were amazing. They delivered a king size tempur-pedic adjustable base and mattress up 2 flights of stairs, taking great care not to damage my walls, despite a tight fit. They were friendly, kind and went above and beyond!
