Horrible experience with NXT. They were supposed to deliver an appliance to our home, but never contacted us whatsoever about the date and time. I had to call Home Depot, where we purchase the appliance from, and they were able to tell me the scheduled time, which was set between 5:00-9:00pm. I planned my whole day around this, and left work early so i could be home during that time frame, but the delivery guys were running ahead of schedule and stopped by our home 30 minutes before the scheduled time slot. Of course i wasn’t home yet, so they just left. We had been waiting for this order for 2.5 weeks. I was finally able to get ahold of their office that evening and requested it be delivered that day or by the next day at the latest and they said there was no possible way and they had to reschedule a new date and time since no one was home, EVEN THOUGH this was 100% their fault. They never called with a delivery date or time, and as previously mentioned, the only reason i knew when to expect them was because i personally contacted Home Depot. Then they decided to come early, have zero thought to give me a call to say they were running early, show up to my house when i wasn’t home yet, and just leave. AGAIN, without any sort of communication. I left work early for no reason, and the man i spoke to on the phone about all of this didn’t seem to care at all and took zero responsibility for their mistake.

Terrible dispatcher. My Tempur-Pedic mattress was stored and delivered on its side and was ruined. It clearly states, on the box, to store flat. The female (wouldn’t give her name) I spoke to was condescending and incredibly rude. She told me that delivering it flat “will never happen”. She then hung up on me. I have contacted Costco regarding this horrible 3rd party delivery company.

Ordered a couch through Wayfair. My delivery window was Tuesday 2:30pm to 6:30 pm. I missed a call from an El Paso phone number at 1:47pm. No voicemail left. I called it back at 2:06pm. No response. Waited all day for a delivery that never came. Even called the number that Wayfair gave me. Wednesday morning I called the main NXT line to inquire. Their records showed a failed delivery attempt at 2:02pm and included a picture of my house. I have a ring camera in my driveway and my front door, I informed the agent that nobody came to my door at that time, and we were also home. They said someone would call me back in 2 hours from the El Paso office. Never got called. Called Wayfair 4 hours later, they said someone from the company would reach out to me that day. It is now Thursday night and I still haven’t heard from this company. I contacted Wayfair again and they said they were able to get it rescheduled to next Tuesday. But I still have no confirmation from NXT. I am honestly bewildered at how terrible this company has (mis)handled this. No wonder it only has 2 stars here on Google. No idea how it’s still in business.

Ordered a gas range from Home Depot. They delivered it on time and damaged. We sent it back. Probably not their fault. They delivered the second one, on time and DAMAGED. It was almost impossible to figure out who to talk to about our 2 damaged ranges. The delivery guys were nice enough but weren’t much help. Home Depot suggested another manufacturer, hoping the damage was a GE problem. We ordered a new range from LG after being without a range for over a month. On the day that the 3RD range was to be delivered, the delivery people just DID NOT SHOW UP. When we called to complain we learned that the delivery guys claimed to have come to our home and couldn’t make contact. An absolute lie. After calling and complaining AGAIN we were told that our range would be delivered by 8am two days later. We were even given a managers number and told to call at 8am if they weren’t there. Of course they weren’t and when we called the manager didn’t answer. Anyway, we got our range 4 hours later. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Just outstanding. Two very cheerful young men brought our Sealy mattress today and we couldnt be more please. Carefully unwrapped the package and placed it on the bed. Were happy to take away the old mattress. Highly recommend.
