This is difficult for me to share because leaving Dr. Javid's practice is such a huge disappointment, yet I don't see any alternative. I was a relatively new patient of Dr. Javid. I have had nothing but problems with her office staff, her directly, and her fellow MD's level of care as well. I just told her today over the phone that I will not be returning to her office, and expressed my reasoning. The communication inside that place is very poor in myriad ways: they asked for a copay when none was warranted and then argued with me about it even tho it clearly stated on my medical ID card that preventive care was free; I had to actually make an appointment and go in for almost everything--in other words, she does not do any sort of telehealth whatsoever; they said they'd get back to me on certain important matters and they didn't; when I called them on it they gave me an nonsensical answer; I could barely understand anything they said because their reasoning was flawed and convoluted. Below are perfect illustrations: Recently I was waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes before I saw Dr. J. in the hall and said "I've been waiting for 40 minutes!" She had no idea I was even there. Just last week in fact I got a call reminding me that I had an appointment at 1:00, and when I got there (at 1:00), Dr. Javid comes out and says "Your appointment is for 1:30." Then I told her about the call from her office about 3 hours before stating it was for 1:00. She said "I know, I heard them say that." Unbelievable! They have no clue how to run an office. It is quite astonishing. I'm extremely disappointed and will never be returning.

I have an excellent experience with Dr. Javid. In all my three pregnancies, Dr. Javid was very caring and professional. Since I moved from the bay area, I didn't see any other good OB-GYN doctor like her.

Doctor is nice, staff is really really bad. Expect to go through many calls and re-explain your billing issues with the staff. It's like calling Comcast's dumb support line. We called and explained our situation and asked if it's worth coming in for our health issue. They said yes. We came in and the doctor said we shouldn't have come in. I called the front desk and told them to not charge me since the appointment was useless. They responded asking if I'm talking about a future appointment!?!?!? Then they said we will not be charged for the appointment because insurance covers it... like... she thinks I'm asking about insurance payment issues and not the fact that our appointment was useless. Completely ignoring the first half of our call. After she confirmed I won't pay, I asked if she's sure. She said she has to check!!! This is after I called them back because they didn't call me back on the agreed date. We plan to never go again.

The most terrible medical experience of my life! I went to her for a few months in 2017. The staff is fine, but the doctor herself is very rude. It's only a money making business. The doctor was inattentive and extremely rude. I was so traumatized with my experience that I didn't return to a doctor for years.

There's some times where you are in a state were you just don't have words to express yourself. This goes very well with Dr.Javid and her staff. I have never seen this caring & compassionate doctor and staff. Both the Dr.Javid and her staff go out of their way to help the patients. I went to her for two deliveries. The whole prenatal care and delivery went so well. They made me feel like a friend or relative of their own. My whole family go to her. We love Dr. Javid and her staff.
