My father in law came out and asked the driver to move his vehicle because he was double parked in front of a residence and the driver proceeded to yell at him and tell him to go back inside his house. Very unprofessional, to my knowledge if the public is asking you to move because your blocking their vehicle and you aren't delivering, they should be able to move right?

my experience with Old Dominion Freight has been horrible!! extremely unreliable and unprofessional. took them a week to deliver a item that was only suppose to take two days. they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me what was going on. not only did i waste my time and others time waiting for the shipment they could have call and made other arrangements. i would have been OK with that. i will never do businesses with this company again !

Received a shipment from Old Dominion last night. Carelessly handled and the custom product that was shipped suffered significant damage. Delivery driver confirmed they just "throw the boxes" onto trucks. Beware!

They are so slow, waited for 45minutes in the morning for a Will Call before leaving. Returned and waited over a half hour to get someone to put my freight in the back of the truck. No respect for other people's time.
