Mohammed and his assistant were on-time and provided exceptional service. I moved within the same building and thanks to them, I didn’t feel stressed from the move. Abu was professional, upfront and polite. The movers, Cameron and Andrew, had great attitudes, were patient and got $hit done! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars - They're still working out their systems (they're new, but well worth it) so the payment process and expectations were not smooth. I know it's a tough gig they've got so I was totally understanding and would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a difficult move with heavy, large furniture. When Abdulawy and Alec showed up, they were super professional, got to work right away, and were kind, patient and super quick!! They finished the move in record time and were incredibly affordable. I will absolutely use this company again and will not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. I actually will be hiring them for a carpentry job very soon as well. So happy to have found them, thank you Octopus Arms! You have lived up to the name!
