Felix and his crew are amazing! First off, they responded quickly to my request for a free quote. They were available the very next day too. They offered a very fair flat rate/price and even included to wrap/package my large TV. Communication was great all the way through their arrival and delivery to my storage unit. Once they arrived they handled all my furniture with extra care and consideration of my antique items as well. The customer service was stellar; they were respectful and kind. I'm excited to use their services again in the future.

Felix was my first contact to ask questions and decide on movers. He was patient, kind, helpful, pleasant and took his time to listen to my concerns and answer my many questions. The crew was great. They came to pickup items within the pickup window time and met us at our storage unit. They unloaded with great organization and care of all items placed in the unit.They took care to wrap any loose items and when unloading/loading. I highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs. In fact, we are going to sell my house next and we will need his assistance again. I would not hesitate to call him again for our moving needs..

Diabolical!!! We moved with Oh Ship from Hemet CA to Los Angeles. The owner misrepresented their capabilities. The workers didn't know how to pack the boxes so that the contents were carefully wrapped. They did not wrap our furniture adequately nor did they pack the truck so as to protect our possessions. The result was that 18 items were broken or lost. broken were an antique 3 x 6 table, a dressing table, an upholstered wing chair and others. missing was silver serving plates, a silver jewelry box and others. This move was the worst out of more than a dozen moves.Don't use this mover. We have written to the owner about the problems and no response. Totally unprofessional !!!
