Would have loved to work with this company since they had rates that seemed fair and competitive. However, when I called them two days ago to get an idea for the moving a few heavy items that I'm unable to lift on my own they said they would see availability and give me a call back in half an hour or so. Its now been 2 days with no replies. I have even called back in several times and have been sent to voicemail each time.

Had the best experience moving with POhio Packers & Movers, they handled all of my items with so much love and care! I moved units within my building and they were able to complete the entire move within 45 minutes!

This was the worst moving experience of my life. I scheduled a pack and a move, pack on the 29th, move on the 30th. They called to tell me on the 29th that they were going to do my move at the same time as my pack. I voiced that this would not be possible and they pushed me to do it anyways. The "packers" were shotgunning beers in my kitchen (which they left their trash on my table while doing). They proceeded to tell me they brought no tools to take items off the wall, they also brought 20 boxes to a pack that they quoted me 40 boxes to do, and they left behind every TV and monitor in my house, along with about 8 totes, and at least 5 boxes of things unpacked. Seth was so rude and Tony was incredibly pushy. I don't know the name of the second packer on my job, but he was at least very polite and productive. They also broke 2 pieces of furniture during this process. I'm extremely underwhelmed by their service. Don't let the advertising fool you. They don't even tape your boxes shut, let alone wrap all your furniture. They didn't have anything they said they would have. I tried to call Tony today to discuss this issue with him, and he has yet to return my call. If I could give them no stars, I would.

This was the best movers I worked with ever. And Mitchell was very polite and answer every question I had for a easy move. The movers were amazing very nice and took the time to make sure all our property was wrapped properly and safely They had no attitude at all and did everything good
