Small move out of a Condo where they packed about half of the move. The other half was packed from a previous move. They did a great job. Finished the packing in a day and left everything picked up and clean. We were able to specify our delivery days and they were on time. Unloaded our stuff into a storage unit 1250 miles away. Everything was handled swiftly and professionally.

Horrible experience with Oil Capital Relocation! The packing of our home and storage for 5 months went smoothly. When I contacted Oil Capital Relocation 7 weeks prior to desired delivery date, I was provided a "7 day window" during which I might receive delivery of my belongings. The written materials provided by them guarantee a single agreed upon date for delivery. When I complained, they provided a 2 day window for delivery. Then, when our belongings arrived, 31 boxes (a "vault") was missing. Written documentation confirmed that Oil Capital Relocation was aware that these boxes were stored but not placed on the truck for delivery. When contacted about the missing boxes, Oil Capital said they were missing. Four days later, they were found. Then 2 weeks after that, finally delivered. They have offered no compensation, no explanation, and no apology for "losing" 31 of our boxes and finally delivery in them later. A delay of delivery claim was filed with Allied Van Lines, who also refuses to provide any compensation, or even apology, for this serious failure of basic customer service. Not only would I not recommend this company to others, I would actively advise others to steer clear of them due to their terrible customer service.

Our move was seamless with the help & support of Don Lingo and the crew at Oil Capitol Relocation. From the estimate appt thru the unloading & setting up of our belonging at our final destination. We've moved 4 times in past 9 years due to spouse's job so all the details & costs were handled by employer. But this time, due to new job, we interviewed companies, made our selection, and managed project & paid expense ourselves and Oil Capitol Relocation Services fit our needs nicely. The movers, Adam, Terrance, and Money, were unlike any movers/packers we've experienced before. Very decent, pleasant, & respectful men. They worked hard and diligently took care of business. They arrived on time at all spots and came ready to work. Lastly Kim took care of the paperwork & getting contracts explained and signed; she was wonderful and always took the time to answer our questions and kept in communication with us. Moving can be stressful enough so not having issues with the moving company made this move experience exceptional.
