Nothing but good things to say about this locally owned business. Before the move communication was excellent. On move day, Dakota & Lucas arrived exactly at the appointment time and did an excellent job with several very large pieces of furniture. Highly recommend Old Town Movers.

We will use anyone Old Town Movers for all our future moves! We had a quick window to move our kids back from College Station. Josh was extremely responsive in giving us a quote and getting us schedulled. Dakota and Clayton were prompt, efficient, and extremely thoughtful and careful with all our items. They even endured a rainstorm and our items were carefully protected. We could not have been more pleased with the entire process from beginning to end.

I have used Old Town Movers 2 other times which i would say my experience was awesome. This time i was extremely disappointed. This move cost me $7400 move which when they were packing me up there was a lot of cell phone usage, playing with my daughter's soccer ball. They let a kid back in the truck which caused significant damage to my gate which I had to fix. To top it off when we get unpacked we find our Washing Machine is almost completely destroyed inside because no drum locks were used. Now a $500 repair bill and I can only hope when it is repaired it will work. When i called Josh to tell him what had happened he was very apathetic and made it appear to be my fault. The way i see it is I am the customer and I hired professionals to perform a service and take care of my belongings. I even had Josh complete a walk through a month before my move to go over everything. The least they could have done was ask me if i had the drum locks when they did pricing walk through so I would have found them or purchased new ones. This cannot be their first experience with this and I would have expected it to be a call out in our walkthrough. No offer to reimburse for the damage, no apology nothing. So disappointed that I paid a professional mover this much money and this was the result.
