Took them 2 months too long and wasted so much time. My car is still not even repaired to how I asked after it got stolen. My passanger door is still scratched, there are burn holes on my passenger seat and also made me pay for a battery when my car got stripped down?!?! Insurance covers that. I just paid and got my car out of there I don't recommend this place at all to anyone.

This place has been my life saver for years. I can't believe I took so long to give my review. I had been coming to this place for years with different cars I owned and also recommend to all my family and friends here with no hesitation because I know they will be well taken care of. They had been in the business for long enough to know the ins and out of the cars and parts. When I had an accident in Berkeley, I paid $500 to get my car towed to Olson brothers in Milpitas because I know they will not only take care of my car but they will be honest with me about what is going on with the car. After covid, many suppliers have closed their shops. so it has become extremely hard to find parts anywhere, Olson brothers team went above and beyond to find me the parts I need and fix it. They always have said, any issues bring it back and that right there gives you a peace of mind. For one of the reviews that said she caught the owner driving- Please understand that they have to test drive the car to see if its working, they have to take it down to N.1st street to get the car tested and approved for alignment. I know these because I asked. Sometimes, its good to just ask clarification questions before hurting someone's business with a bad review. Thank you :)

BEWARE, CHECK YOUR CAR MILES!! Frontier Ford had the owner of this shop pick up my car after getting a brand new engine that I myself did not get to test drive (That's another story) Well my tracker on my car showed movement after being in Milpitas for several hours. So I definitely thought it was odd that my car was now at the hair club located off of first street in sj. Drove in my rental to the location to find and watch it be driven back to the auto body shop. Owner was driving my car for personal use with my gas, my insurance, my car with a brand new engine. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Terrible experience, had an appointment in the middle of the day and when I got there it took 20+ minutes to receive any type of service. Two teenage girls at the front just sitting on their phones not answering any questions. The older woman there was rushing through the insurance quote and kept telling me she had a doctors appointment to go to. Refused to look at the underside of my car despite having documented suspension damage because she needed to go to her doctors appointment. Definitely will be getting a quote somewhere else, incredibly unprofessional and downright disrespectful experience at this shop
