This Company has had my vehicle for 12 days and counting with zero communication from them as to where it is and/or when it’s scheduled to be delivered. Both pick up as well as delivery times have both been delayed. I literally have no idea where my vehicle is at this point. Peter, whom I’m assuming is a dispatcher has not communicated truthfully once during the entire ordeal. Calls to his manager Dennis have also been ignored. I would advise any and everyone not to utilize this company for any transportation needs. You will be sorry.

Very good movers. Dispatch was never difficult to get ahold of and Iliya responded to messages and phone calls very promptly. Pick up and delivery went great aside from maintenance issues with the vehicle unrelated to the transport process. Would definitely use their service again and would recommend them to friends and family. Excellent experience.

Avoid Olympic transport at all costs. Peter is a liar. I’ve been told whatever he thought I wanted to hear to put me off day after day on delivering my car and we’re now on day 11 of a 5 day transport. Communication is terrible if not non existent. Peter said he’d call me last night and now he won’t even respond. I’m going to report my car stolen.

Worst car hauling experience I've had in 10 years. Car was picked up and delayed 4 times causing me to cancel an entire weekend of summer plans. Damaged the door panel and broke the mirror off my vehicle en route and now won't return calls or answer regarding the damage claim. Do not haul with this company if you love your vehicles.
