Om is a great moving company. The owner, UV, visited our apartment to do an assessment and come up with an appropriate cost, and the team of folks who moved us were all personable, helpful, and communicative. We had to last-minute change the date of our move due to issues with our apartment, and UV was able to accommodate this. Highly recommend Om.

In my attempt to address issues with OM Van Lines from NJ, I mistakenly contacted OM Moving from Brooklyn. It's important to note that OM Moving has no affiliation with OM Van Lines. Despite my error, Yuval, the owner of OM Moving, provided comfort and support regarding the issue I was experiencing with OM Van Lines, even though it was completely unrelated to his business. A similar misunderstanding occurred with another customer who thought they were reviewing OM Van Lines and left a review here instead! Om was one of the few options we found for a cross country move but for the cost it was overall a disappointing experience. The crew packed everything quickly enough but they bickered among themselves for most of the time and one of them lost their temper and left. Some of the items weren't packaged well and ended up damaged (see pics). The crew is also not paid well (owner's own explanation) and as a result they were unhappy with several hundred dollars as a tip for a day's work. Our stuff arrived on the last day of the window they initially quoted even though they had stated it would likely arrive much sooner. Overall, not a good experience for us.

Our move with Om Moving was OUTSTANDING AND FLAWLESS in every respect. After doing extensive research and interviewing a number of potential candidates for an in-state move in support of a family member, we selected Om Moving. While our expectations were high going in, Om Moving exceeded even this very elevated bar. The company's upfront communications were proactive, thorough, professional, and highly caring. Pre-move follow-up and responsiveness to our questions were always prompt. The moving crew was outstanding, as well. I've never seen a group of movers work with such precision, speed, care, efficiency, and diligence. The crew operated with the highest levels of professionalism, courtesy, and focus from start to finish. In the end, there were no delays, no 'snafu's', and no negative surprises in this entire moving process with Om. And, in turn, we have had no regrets whatsover for placing our trust in Om Moving. They were excellent partners with us throughout, and we are extraordinarily grateful to them.

AMAZING!! We've moved three times in the last seven years and never had a good experience, including getting cancelled on the day of the move and getting charged with random items at the end of a move. OM Moving is a cut above the rest. They were so professional at every phase. We were already exhausted by the day of the move and had a few more boxes to pack. They were so understanding and even helped us wrap up a few of the last minute stuff. Best part is their quote incudes TV boxes and wardrobe boxes. Very professional with very competitive rates. Thank you OM Moving!
