Hands down worst experience ever. The military contracted them, so didn’t know what to expect. First they showed up over an hour late and with a truck that was too small. They proceeded to eat a lunchable at my newly refinished table. Someone came out to do a survey a week prior. They didn’t bring tools, enough mattress boxes, any tv boxes. They unpacked my own tools that were supposed to be in the shipment. They slide my son’s bed down the stairs breaking it, they then tried to make me sign a form saying I dissembled. I was like no. He said because it was my tools. After I refused to sign he ripped the paper out of my hand. When i went over the inventory there was stuff missing like my pro-gear and a few high dollar items. I asked it to be added and it was a huge argument. They claimed it was on the truck and couldn’t be pulled out. The driver told me “I don’t make any money off of your stuff” so he decided to drive it ahead of schedule to temporary storage. When I got my stuff on destination nothing survived. The boxes in question from the inventory had the word “Fireass” written across them.

Worst experience in my military career and I been in for 15 years. I guess they thought because I am female, that they could have gotten over on me. First they showed up late. Then, they didn’t even brought tools to resemble my furnitures. They worked for about 15 minutes then took a break. Once all my things was accounted for, they left to get tools. The resemble my bed on for it fall apart. I hope the military doesn’t use this company anymore.

Not impressed at all. Not only did they show up with a truck that was much too large for the area after being warned it wouldn't fit, but they also brought what was not a professional crew. One guy was about the only professional one. One of the other guys had some mental problem and was not taking his medication for it. How do I know? Because at one point, after being very helpful with these guys, he snapped and tried to fight me and then went off screaming and causing a massive scene in my driveway. Great new impression for the neighbors, I'm sure. So, after they dropped a couch on my floor and cracking the tile as well as some hardwood floor damage, I have been trying to reach the manager about the residential damages being covered. No answer...that is a large reason on why this is being posted. I can understand when things happen, that is why insurance exists. However, own your problems and fix them. I am also going to talk to Ft Bragg transportation about having this company's ability to do military transport revoked. I don't want anyone else to have to experience the poor service I had as well.

Was very skeptical after reading reviews but since the military was moving me, I thought I would see how it went. That was a huge mistake. The movers were never on time, broke things, asked us if we wanted to sell things, and even asked me to sign paperwork saying nothing was damaged. They told us they wouldn't pack liquids, I get that, but they sure packed my husbands open alcohol. We are also having to go back and get things they missed packing. In my 24 years, this was the worst move by far! Please if you value your things, ask for another company.
