I would have given this a five star rating (or, if I was only rating the drivers, five ++. They were very courteous, kind and helpful). The lady who drove me to my appointment was quite late and, once I got into the car, I understood why. Her dispatcher continuously diverted her to other pick-ups. Had my appointment been with some other doctors that I see, my appointment would have been cancelled. Luckily, the dental office that I was going to is staffed with lovely, understanding people.

From the lady that answered my call (don’t remember her name)till we were dropped off at our destination we could not be happier. Robert and Brian were prompt and courteous. They took excellent care of us. I highly recommend Transportation on Demand.

This is an amazing company that serves with the spirit of excellence and professionalism I think we don't see in many companies these days. This company transported my mom to her apartment today and treated her like royalty and made sure that her experience was above board. James and his left man James T were awesome in every way. The receptionist and dispatcher Jessica was so kind and friendly it made everything work so well. She showed great professionalism and was genuinely concerned about our services being great. I had voice to her some things that I had dealt with with my whole experience she took it upon herself to go speak with her boss Marlo and he made everything so much better and showed kindness and generosity towards us. Let it be known that without anything being done I would give the same honest report concerning this company.
