We pay monthly for the best washing package available to get our trucks washed and can go as many times as u want/need. I wasn't aware til a few months ago or so that they offered the "MD" ( muddy duck )! It is where it gets all the stuck on dirt, mud, dust, etc off from under ur vehicle. I have a truck and it's always getting dirty or dusty under it. One day a sweet young lady (employee), told me when I pull in ask right away for the MD and they put it on ur windshield so when u are pulling in and ready to go through car wash the person making sure ur on track can see it and push a button on the wall that controls it. I use it as often as I can. I will say I have had many of the "MD'S" I dont get cause the employee that is supposed to look at ur windshield and push the button doesn't look at my windshield or hits the button. I know it's a fast pace most of time rolling through there and they are showing u how far u need to get over or if ur on the track right to be able to go through car wash the safest way for ur vehicle. And there is the sprayer that they hold and they use it for front and back of ur vehicle that they are also doing. So I think most times what they write on ur windshield gets over looked. Cause I've had some that don't look at my windshield and just start spraying. I never see them hit button. Over all I love the new package they did when they upgraded package 3. It does make my truck look shinier. I would love to go more but sometimes it's so packed the line is way too long. But always have had very polite and nice employees! I love they have the vacuum spots available if u want to do ur inside. And the orange hand towels available for ur use. And thank u for fixing and making the entrance bigger when u pull in. I know it was a very slim entrance before but now I don't have to worry anymore!
