From their flexible scheduling, quick response time and the awesome crew who helped me today, the moving process was very smooth, efficient and convenient. They were careful to make sure that all of my belongings were well taken care as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a stress free time moving! 10/10

Austin, Don, and Carson were outstanding . Hard working and fast. Very careful with our possessions and quickly helped if we needed something moved a bit. This was just the first half of our move and we will certainly use On-the-Move Movers for the second half. We highly recommend them.

I was in need of a storage unit on my mom's property to store some of my personal items between moving. It was delivered but the delivery man (what I was told the owners son) hit the post at the gate. All of the posts are concrete in the ground. He said that he would call his mom and figure something out. We never heard anything back. My mom and her husband had to fix it themselves. About a year later I call and have the container picked up. They could pick up between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. I live down the road and have three children so I couldn't make it in time. So my mom went out there and noticed they hit the post again! This time telling my mom she's crazy and he barely touched it. It's completely torn apart screws and everything. So my mom asked for some information and his name and he said to look it up and wouldn't give her any information. He was very aggressive so she went inside and called the police. He was also being aggressive with the police officer. Once he left he was driving erratically down the road. The cup then had to leave my mom's property and chase after him... That was very unprofessional. my poor mother started her day with that and she is shaking! All she was asking was for somebody to make it right or fix it this time since nobody got back to us the first time... Don't ever use this company very unprofessional. I have called and left messages and texts and nobody has gotten back to me... I paid $180 a month for a box for a year and this is how we're treated..

I hired On The Move to move a piano, which a lot of movers don’t do. They were great! So nice, on time, and seemed like they really cared about doing the job well. I really wish I’d hired them to do my entire move, and I plan to next time! They were upfront about everything, no surprises, and I really appreciated their work ethic and care of the piano. They were super professional, on time, and took great care to make sure it got out of the old house and exactly where we needed it in the new one. Moving this piano is always nerve wracking because it’s a specialty item and very heavy, but this team had all the tools, pads, and equipment to make it look easy!
