If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. One of the drivers by the name of Oliver dropped a patient off at the practice I work at over 20 minutes late for his appointment. When he was told that the pt hadn't made it into his appointment yet (because of his late drop off) he was rude with our staff and left the pt who is in a wheelchair. When called to pick up the pt he said "I left, he has to wait an hour". This is horrible patient care and I'm tremendously sorry to anyone who has to use this service to get around. If I were the owner I would heavily consider changing your name.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but I am disabled and have to get transportation through my insurance to Dr appointments. Sadly this company is contracted with NH Medicaid Wellsense for handicapped transportation. More than half the time when the ride coordination service books the ride with "on time transportation" The company litterally pulls a no show and at the time they are supposed to be picking up if then just cancels the contracted ride ... They routinely over book and accept rides they have no intention to fulfill them leave patients in the lurch unable to even try to get insurance even try to find an available company because "On Time Transportation" deliberately waits till the last possible minute to release the contract so it can be offered to other companies ... Rarely if you call to confirm the ride the day before with insurance they will admit they can't fulfill the service then you at least have a chance of trying to get booked with a more reliable company

Must be named ironically because they were NOT on time at all. Showed up way too early for pick up to the location and showed up over an hour past when they said they'd send a driver to bring us home. Also didnt answrr any calls to them after the first one. Any Joe Schmoe off the street can be a "wheelchair van driver" I guess. If you can, opt to go with someone else. Save yourself the headache.

They are terrible. I had an appointment last week that was set up by Hanover Hill Nursing Home and they were a no show. The Nursing home called, I called and they never called back. I have tried to reach them many times and have yet to get a response. Voice mail says " This is Jason for On Time Transportation" but Jason never calls you back.

This company has it's ups and downs there drivers are human maybe if there was more communication between drivers and clients it would be better! The owner is great but when I asked the diver if he do my pickup time he lied and said yes instead of telling me the truth that he couldn't wake up that early he lied and told his boss to take the trip! The driver had me calling him from 430 am to 9 am instead of just telling me what the deal was he made up stories but I always got ware I needed to go just not on time
