To everyone out there considering hiring this company, DO NOT DO IT. I just moved from Connecticut to San Antonio and paid for white glove service through Adam Van Lines ( the brokers) due to the tight timeline I had to move for my new job. They broke so much of my stuff, please see attached pictures. The under bed drawers cannot be used since they broke the piece that attaches for mobility on 4 out of 6 drawers. I will have fit and buy replacements to make drawers usable. The surface of the drawers were broken since they were not wrapped and dumped into the truck.Both my bar stools are broken and not repairable. In addition, their definition of " white glove service" is to throw everything into a box and hope for the best. Most of the hangers, plastic bottles broke in those boxes since they were crushed. Find another mover that will actually take care of your stuff and do the work to make sure everything arrives in the condition it was before your move. Save yourself the grief!

I went through a moving company called Prestige moving (the brokers) and they in turn hired this company to come and move my belongings. I have mixed feelings with them. The first 2 guys that came were pretty friendly and did a good job. Be prepared that if you add anything extra it will cost you!!
The problem came into play once those guys left. I was told that my belongings would transfer to another truck later that night and then to another truck the next day to head out west. I explained to the movers that I need to know when my stuff will be on a truck heading out west as I also need to drive out there too and I want to be there before they get there. Well once they left me all communication was lost!! 2 days passed and I didn’t hear anything. I called in later on the 2nd day and was told my stuff was still in Atlanta. AGAIN I told that guy (different person from the original movers) I need them to let me know WHEN my stuff is heading out west so I know when to leave. 2 days later I get a phone call from the driver who says he will be unloading my stuff the NEXT DAY! I was like wait what!! I haven’t even left yet and was supposed to be notified ahead of time. I was then also told that if they have to transfer my stuff to a ‘shuttle truck’ (budget or Penske moving truck) from the 18 wheeler that it’s going to cost me! There were several miscommunications with these movers! I will however say that the final guy that delivered my stuff was very friendly and we were able to work things out.
I was also told that all my larger items would be put back together the way they were when they packaged them. My couch was sitting on the floor with no legs on it! The mover that dropped off my stuff didn’t know where the original movers put the legs to my couch. So I had to dig through a box and put the legs on by myself!! This was not easy. The metal pieces that click my sectional together were broken! Then my mattress was very dirty as the packaging around it had came off in some spots.
Over in all I would say this is a pretty decent moving company (I don’t really have any others to compare them to as I have never used a moving company before). The downfall is your stuff will switch hands several times and that probably explains the lack in communication

Worst experience ever! Not professional movers. Seems they picked up some guys off the street as helpers. They appeared to be tired from their previous job. They came late, worked slow to extend the time because they charged per hour. The estimated coat I got, I was charged twice the amount. I was told whatever they dissembled will be reassembled at the new location. That wasn’t the case. I’m a single person with no help and they left the furnitures unorganized. I will have to get someone to come in to help so I will be paying twice for the same job. The guys don’t use their common sense. I’m not a happy customer. I wasted my hard earn money. I will never use One Circle in the future nor recommend. 👎

I usually don't write reviews. However, this one is definitely warranted. On April 29th, this company picked up my furniture, clothing, shoes, etc. From Atlanta, GA. The gentleman that packed my things and loaded onto the truck was amazing, so I thought... Oh, this is going to be a great move. They asked what date I would like my things delivered to Chicago. Just to be on the safe side, I said May 11th. That day came, and I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called and spoke Wayne. He stated that there were no drivers to make the delivery. Even though I was upset, I said ok, I did give push back... Fast forward, it is now a month later, May 29th, and I still don't have my belongings. I have been calling, I even received an email that stated it route. To no surprise, I was told the truck broke down, and they were waiting on another truck. Called back after a day or so, I was told the truck was loaded, and by DOT rules, the drivers needed to wait upto 4h before getting on the road again, and the driver would call. No one was calling me, I was constantly calling to find out what was going on with my delivery. After a few days, I was told they were waiting on another part, and this was after I was told the truck loaded. Days went by. I was told the part was not in stocks, so their waiting on the part. This past Friday, I was told by Wayne that they didn't know when my things would be delivered to me. I asked if they only had one truck, and Wayne stated that they were all out on deliveries. I'm not happy and I would not recommend this company for any kind of move.

I moved on 1-6-2024. My movers were Shawn and Basher and those two guys were amazing. They were kind, professional and efficient. Next time I will go directly through them instead of using the brokers United Moving and Storage! The rep Ryan was extremely rude and threatened to cancel our move a day before they were scheduled to pickup! My advice would be to go directly through One Circle Moving and Storage so that all of the money goes directly to them and not a rude middle man. Those guys deserve it!
