one step transport llc

We had such poor service today. I'm super disappointed because we truly needed transport for my very vulnerable 87 year old grandmother. First when 2 employees cake to pick her up. Did not greet anybody. Barely helped us put her on the gurney. They had no transfer sheet for their patient. Good thing we had one. When we arrived at the clinic another one of their employees were there. So the 2 employees that picked up grandma wanted to leave and they all ended up arguing in the clinic. Then they called grandma in fir her appointment and only one employee was there and she was yelling to her co-worker whom was transporting another patient to he'll her. He was refusing. So my wife had to help her to the clinic room. So when grandma's appointment was over all staff had left. We had to wait for transport again. 2 new guys the one that First refused to help put grandma in her clinic room. And another, came in with a dirty unsanitized gurney that was ripped from previous transports. I asked if it was clean? They said yes. I asked how did it get ripped so much, they said from taking it out of the transport van. Which we know wasn't true. I called the office and canceled transport and we ended up bringing grandma home in our car. I'm just disappointed on their unprofessionalism. Their mannerism, and over all the care for my vulnerable grandmother. Who depended on them to get her there safely and professionally. Something needs to change in this company I hope nobody and their elderly ever get treated this way.
