Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this company. I really had high hopes for them but today was a terrible way to show help. I made my appointment 3-4 weeks ago for today Sept 21 at 8am to move not even my entire house, just the heavy things like couches, dining room table, beds and washers. For I am a single Dad and can't move on my own with just my truck and my Baby boy with me. So I arrive at the Fort Stewart visitor center where we agreed to meet up and follow me through the gate to my old home, well I'm there at 750am waited till about 815am and decided to call the owner. He doesn't answer his phone, so now I'm kinda getting worried like where are you? So I messaged them to call me back asap to know what's happening. Well they messaged me back about 10 minutes later, and apparently his main driver wasn't answering his phone and the owner of the business can't get on base due to a prior incident of their past. So I said ok just let me know when the driver does answer and call me when you're ready to help me move. So I go back home to start moving alone and sure enough times flies by I've just packed the last item in my truck its now 1130pm doing my final driver to my new house (still on Fort Stewart) and never received any other communication either in a text, call or voicemail not even email (which they had on file when I scheduled the appointment) so I'm sorry moving company but this community needs reliable people especially in hard times when we're all alone. When I PCS I now know to take my business elsewhere and to let my people know that this company is a 50/50 about showing up. I will tell everyone who's read this far they're the cheapest as far as billing goes. The priced me at $60 an hour which most places only take about 2-4 hours to move with a shipping company. But you're not guaranteed they will be there the day you need them so take your own risk and have a back up plan just in case.

Where do I even began, this company is hands down number one in this area!!!! I’m beyond grateful for their ability to help me in a pinch as my original helpers had something happen that left me in a bind… these guys move fast, they are master Tetris players at least with my household items. I can’t rave enough about how much I appreciate their passion and dedication for what they do!

Canceled on me through text message 30 mins before they were supposed to move my furniture and said that they were in Maryland after not answering the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Do not ever under any circumstances book with these guys. I would give them 0 stars if I could but google will only let me give a minimum of one star. This company is terrible. They worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!
