One of the best in the industry! Fast hiring process, friendly people, quick responses, clear communication. One-star reviews saying they were never reached out to again after orientation or that the drug tests are inaccurate are just pathetic losers who were never clean to begin with or had some other serious disqualification. Also shout-out to Lue the recruiter for being a G and making on-boarding fly by!

Do not waste your time. The pay is low, and they will dump you with the first laccident you have. They terminated me just because i was falsely accused of hitting someone else's car.

I was hired in December of 2018 and our orientation instructor seemed genuine until it was time for me to take my dot physical. The instructor asked me for cash to take the sleep apnea test and lied and said FedEx shipped the test overnight. Also recruiters told me about regional driving and once I was hired managers told me it didn't exist. I was probably paid an average of $600 a week or lower. Equipment was nice and new just horrible pay

This is regarding the recruiting, application, and orientation process ONLY. I encourage this be read in it's entirety. My husband recently graduated from his trucking school and really had his eyes set on this place. However, the events that transpired are to be taken with a grain of salt. Surely, hopefully, this was simply a matter of poor, inadequate communication, and even training. The recruiting process happened quickly. He called before the weekend, and they sent him all necessary documents, including the application. He filled everything out to the best of his knowledge, and was completely transparent. He had quit smoking marijuana (technically legal here in Cali) over a year ago (this detail is important later). He was ready. Everything gathered. There was confusion on his orientation date. The email had said Monday. Not the upcoming Monday, but the week after. His recruiter said the former, not the latter. Sunday rolls around, and he sets out. Luckily, we didn't live far, but we are still flat broke at the moment (separate issue from this). He gets to the hotel he is supposed to report to and the room wasn't ready, because of the orientation date discrepancy. After hours of waiting, as he had no way of using any payment method to secure a room, they finally get him checked in (The execution of the hotel booking was not just an issue with my husband either; several members in the class had the same issue, my husband recalls). Finally, Monday. He goes through his day, and then I receive a call from my husband saying he was coming home. He had been flagged for his past drug use (the recruiter admitted to rushing the paperwork which resulted in this being overlooked), and sleep apnea (news to us)! Yes, of course they do a hair follicle. In fact, they told him he had to be drug free for 5. Years. Why? They can legally only go back 90 days.... right? He's been clean over a year! Either way, because of this experience (oh, and apparently he barely passed his vision test and will need glasses in 2 yrs), his medical document is now only valid for 30 days instead of 2 years. This entire experience has left him disheartened. His honesty cost him a career with a company he had at the top of his list. I don't know how training for recruiters is handled, but it clearly needs improvement. As a military veteran, this is unacceptable. It hurts me to see my husband wish he had never mentioned it at all, especially when I've had a similar situation (not with drugs, but mental health). I do not recommend THIS location UNTIL the leadership provides better training for their recruiters. I sincerely hope the other applicants were successful and wish them the best of luck in their trucking careers, as well as improving on this experience.

No dispatch on property. Shop is open. The guys are good. Truck Wash on site. Two washers and two dryers and a driver's Lounge on site. If your truck goes in the shop for the day there are sleeping rooms that are provided in the building. It is not within walking distance to any restaurants.
