In short. Mom was picked up at UCSF at 145p by onward transportation to be sent home at downtown SF, which should not take longer than 30mins. However it did with this company (330p - mom is still not home and my dad is in a panick. Mind you my mom is nonverbal) because they had the wrong address and took her all the way to Richmond CA. How they got a different address in their system is beyond me. I contacted UCSF and spoke with the case manager and nurse and they only have mom's address listed in SF. Within 15mins of investigation and speaking to the nurse and case manager, mom arrived home. How did Onward then obtain the correct address to get my mom home is also questionable since the case manager and nurse didn't realize she was not home until I called and within 15mins of talking to them, mom arrived home. To their response: I AM the emergency contact person, but I did not recieve a single call. In fact, I made the call to speak with the supervisor, but still I have not heard back.

Onward rides is very dependable especially after a procedure when you need someone reliable to drive you home. I always ask for driver Joshua who is the BEST. He always there on time and very personable and kind. This is my third time and guarantee it won't be my last. I honestly don't know what I would have done if I never came across Onward rides.

This is the third time I have used Onward Rides and continue to be impressed with their service. My driver, Juliene, was waiting for me when the nurse wheeled me out, and provided a very clean car and a comfortable ride to my home. Then she walked me to the door and made sure I got in safely. Doctors and hospitals require a friend or family member for a ride home. But that's not always possible. My doctor has agreed to Onward Rides as it serves patients. It takes a big worry off my shoulders.

Highly recommend this company one of the best ride share companies I've had the pleasure of riding with. My driver Anthony was prompt and accommodating taking me to a doctors appointment from Hayward to the San Francisco VA hospital the trip was pleasant and safe and I arrived on time to my appointment.
