This company is not reliable human resources do not respond and do not value the work you do! They put any unethical person in the Dispatch who do anything to cause your dismissal if they don't like you! And they make decisions that can end your job without checking your work history. I was fired for leaving the pad without warning without any warning without any warning they left me out of work after 2 years that I did not make a mistake or even had accidents and most of my feedback from the customers were good I was even the winner of the fronrunner and I always arrived 20 to 30 minutes before I never missed a shift and only a simple mistake was enough that did not endanger anyone on the pad for them to finish my work. The most brutal thing about this is that when I went to look for a job in another DSP closer to my house I found out that they said that I left the job when they were the ones who made the decision to say goodbye. Anyway, this company and human resources only take care of themselves, so think about it before going to work with optimal logistics.

NEVER WORK FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY! I recently left because they started making up rules and told me it was in a “verbal handbook” that nobody ever knew about. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. They terminated my insurance and still took money out of my checks for it. They won’t provide a letter that I no longer work for them. They are the shadiest company. They applied a 401k plan and started everybody off at 7% and told them they can’t help anybody adjust it.

They signed me up for an insurance i just found out about 2- 3 days ago and I have been trying to contact them.I contacted Florida blue trying to delete the account, but they said my employer had to do it.And They blocked my number or something cause they don’t want to be confronted about signing me up for something That was NOT their permission. And that i did NOT know about. which is very illegal!!! I had a whole welcome packet come in the mail with ID cards and everything. Hoping this did not come out of my paycheck.NOT ONLY THAT. I tried calling the number I am putting this review under and they don’t even answer either. There will be problems.

Worst DSP I’ve ever worked for. I would not recommend anyone to this company. They don’t pay you your correct hours and they no it. They basically force you to sign off on some form before they direct deposit your pay check without explaining what they have done differently with your hours. They are a SCAM!

Horrible company to work for. Very unprofessional and unorganized. The office staff ignores emails and phone messages. They do not do as they say they are going to do. Still waiting on my PTO which was promised two times now. They do not pay bonuses they claim to pay. Their paystubs make no sense and are not broken down, so you don't know what you're being paid or shorted. The vans are trashed inside and out, no maintenance done on them. My rearview camera didn't work for my last 2 mths there and no one cared. I stuck it out for 2 years with them being miserable. I've been with my new company a little over a month, and LOVE IT!! They actually hold drivers accountable, have a maintenance person on staff DAILY, and communicate. Step it up or get out Optimal!!
