This is the worst broker ever. Very disrespectful; the broker we booked the load with lied to us, telling us that their payment terms are 2 business days, and then after a full week of waiting, I called to check. No contact for their accounts payable and after multiple calls to the broker we booked the load with, he answered with a condescending tone, was very disrespectful, and then hung up on me without providing the contact number to their accounting or when to expect payment for the load. it's been 2 weeks and still no answer from their accounts payable after multiple emails.

AVOID -Agreed on a load, waited 1 hour for rate conformation. When called DAVID 3 times finally responded that he booked the load with another carrier for lower rate. Not the way to do business.
