This company was contracted to transport my vehicle. While transporting, a hood blew off the car in the front of the trailer and landed on top of mine. (Over $15,000 in damage) We have been waiting over 3 1/2 months to get our car back. Ordo Transport's insurance company took over 3 weeks to even file a claim. The car has been repaired for over two weeks and their insurance company is not paying the bill. (We can't pick up the car until they pay the bill.) Make sure you use a reputable transportation company that you can trust and has a good insurance company behind it.

AWFUL COMMUNICATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE ENGLISH. Don't ship your vehicle with this company. It's not worth the headache. I was told their truck broke down and needed to be fixed but they would be able to pick up the load in a few days... I accept these terms and excuse... a full week later I call in to get an update, another dispatcher discloses that they never had a truck in this area and they would try to get a driver there.... it'd been a full week since this load had been accepted and was supposed to be delivered and there they were explaining they couldn't get a truck and driver to pick it up.....

I paid for white glove service, what I got was a guy who strapped my $100K car down by the roof with a Harbor Freight strap, which broke, and then my car rattled around the trailer for 1600 miles, because he didn't check it and it incurred over $5K in body damage. The driver also stored steel beams in the car which damaged the interior. The driver tried to minimize the damage, then pay me off with $200. When I contacted their "insurance" I was ignored and lied to for months. Total nightmare of incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
